Maybe I didn't read the description well, and that's why I'm pleasantly surprised, however - this isn't just a front/back laminated card - this is two pages front/back. They are one connected piece though, and already hole-punched so they would fit into a notebook nicely. There is a lot of information crammed into the cards though, so the writing is small, but just put on your reading glasses and learn Italian!

I got this card as something light to carry to class. Unfortunately, I don't think it will be very useful because even having had only one semester of college Italian, I can tell it leaves out too many important/useful grammar notes for the sake of space. Maybe it's just impossible to properly summarize the language on four pages, which is what the card attempts to do.For example, a tiny box lists only the most common prepositions ("a", "in", "di", "su", etc) without no mention of articolated prepositions ("alla", "nel", "sullo", "degli", etc). There is no discussion on telling time or expressions involving time, no common idiomatic expressions with verbs such as andare, dare, fare and stare (such as "avere fame" to say "I'm hungry").Small but I think important rules are left out. For instance, the section on nouns does not mention that foreign words generally have masculine gender, and that nouns ending with an accent do not change when pluralized. When making an adverb from an adjective, it doesn't cover how to handle adjectives ending in -le or -re. For possessive adjectives, it doesn't mention that articles are omitted when discussing immediate family ("mia madre" rather than "la mia madre").I can't fully judge the section on verbs because I haven't yet covered the various verb tenses in class, but for the ones I do know, the conjugations are laid out in a confusing manner to me.I figure at some point I'll look up something that's actually included on the card and find it useful, but I don't think it will be that often.

Duolingo doesn't explain much, it's mostly memorization.But using this reference guide made it less frustrating and more enjoyable.

Some time ago I bought the German grammar and found it quite good for a good and fast review. The Italian grammar is also excellent and has allowed me to understand the basics of this lovely language.

This card was really helpful for learning basic Italian. I used the information to get around Italy and I found it really helpful. Would buy again!

I really wanted something all on one page so that I can put it in my car and study it whenever I am waiting for something. It is perfect. It gives a good overview of most of the basic grammar. I think they covered as much as they can in just two pages.

I returned to studying Italian after years away from the language. This one page guide has been a lifesaver for quick review and reference.

It would be fine. It covers a lot of information, but the printing is too small for people like myself, age 87, with not such great eyesight. It is very well put together and I suppose for young eyes it's fine. If it weren't for that, I would have given it 5 stars .I guess you had to compress it to get everything into a limited space. This is a good reader summarizing relevant Public Health Law issues. However, it's not the most current and given the drastic technological advances and public health law issues raised within the past few years, it's more than overdue for a refresh. Also, it sometimes mentions cases that are foundational but doesn't do case examples for these cases, rather applying the specific test or ruling of the foundational case to others. This just seems odd as you need to understand how and why the test originated in the first place. My only otehr criticism would be that it's WAAAAAY WAAAAY WAAAAY to repetitive of the text book.

This is a great book< very informative and easy to understand. However, it would have been better in hardcover.

Minus one Star because I wish this book was on Kindle like the main text.

I really like how the reader presents the cases. They aren't the full cases but provide you with the details you need along with some interesting opinions.

I just love medical law or I wouldn't be taking this course, right?

This is a good cookbook for making meals that are fairly simple. The complaint about using exotic ingredients is valid. Like many healthy cookbooks, it uses healthier substitutes for common ingredients, like IMO syrup, various extracts, etc. I don't mind this as it gives me exposure to new items, but you do end up buying a bunch of new things you need to store. Maybe it's a deal with Amazon to keep up sales : ); I can usually find them here.One issue I have, and I hope I can clarify with the author, is what she means by "granulated stevia". I tried using https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B014RQWOG0/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&th=1, but it's way too sweet when 1 cup is used in the coleslaw. Either this recipe has an error, or she's specifying something else. 1 cup made the dressing inedible. I don't mix my dressing with the salad until I'm ready to eat it, so I didn't lose the entire salad, but that was a $17 problem as it used about all of the above-mentioned product.Each recipe lists the calories and macronutrients, but it's not always clear what a serving size is. For example, "Creamy Cucumber Salad" says it makes 6 cups, but it never says the serving size is 1 cup. I presume it is, but it'd be nice if the recipes clearly stated serving size and overall quantity of the recipe.I like the recipes, but this book seems to suffer from some 1st-edition problems that I hope are fixed eventually.

This is an excellent book for those looking to burn fat and/or increase muscle mass. I bought it in preparation for my first NPC bikini competition later this year. I've had the book 2 days and already I've made the coconut macaroons and the sloppy Joe's. Both were very easy to make and exceptionally tasty. I was very surprised flipping through this book because I expected another boring diet book. I was so wrong. I have marked several recipes to make in the very near future. I love the way each recipe is marked by goals such as fat burning or muscle building. I hope there is a second edition with more recipes!

Everything else you need is in the book!2. if you are not a bodybuilder but a fitness enthusiast who worked hard to lose weight on a very bland diet that is leaving you sometimes drained of energy (and binging on peanut butter at 10pm), and now want to build some muscle, improve your physique and/or maintain it with oh so tasty food, stop here and buy the book.:) You'll love the tastes, and the increase in energy levels!3. if you are a parent too who is trying to eat right and not have to cook two separate dinners this book is going to simplify your life. My entire family eats this food now. Even my six year old son! My daughter is in love with turkey stroganoff and crab cakes, my husband loves stuffed cabbage (our slavic family favorite) and the pot roast...so many more to explore :)I have tried more than few recipes from this book and can't decide which recipe is I love more...well, I am addicted to the pre-workout shakes, especially the blueberry beet one! Man, do I feel amazing working out after one of those! The honey nut is awesome too, and, oh, the power bars....Anyway, this is an honest and straight forward book. No embellishments, just facts, and if you follow the steps you will feel and see the results.Bon Apetit!

I've purchased many bodybuilding cookbooks and they all seem to be the same thing...bake, broil, or grill a chicken breast with some McCormick seasoning poured on them. This is NOT that kind of book. I've eaten about 10 different recipes from her book and every one has been phenomenal! Even my kids love them and they don't even realize they are eating healthy.

Really enjoying the book so far. I love the layout and its straight-to-business nature. However, I'm confused about a few things relating to portion size (1 scoop of my whey protein, for example, appears to be very different from a scoop of whey recommended in the book; telling me in grams may be more helpful). I also don't understand what some of the acronyms at the bottom of the pages mean (D-F, L-C, G-F, P, V). I can guess P means protein and V means vegetarian or something, but I'm not even confident about that, and the book doesn't appear to tell you. Lastly, there are no pictures of any of the completed meals from the recipes. Besides that, solid book that I would recommend and not just for beginners.

For the most part, this is a great book. Easy to follow (And I started off BIG) and the lasagna turned out great. My only "complaints" (and they are not bad) are that some ingredients are a little more difficult to find, and while the author talks negatively about the "fat free" craze of the 80s and 90s, she still uses an awful lot of ow fat and fat free dairy. This is a personal argument between nutritionists/trainers/gym rats but I lean toward *not* cutting all the fat out.Other than those small things, this will be a great addition to my kitchen!

I have been meal planning for three weeks and almost all my meals have come from this bodybuilding cook book. The author did suck a great job to make easy recipes that give you the power and energy all day. I've also noticed that I'm slimming and packing on new muscle.
